The counter
Our counter brings together farmhouse and long-aged cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Holland and Britain, alongside caviar, charcuterie and a pantry of honey, preserves, crackers and balsamic.
Cut to order
Cheeses sold by weight are cut to order in 250 g steps, so you take home exactly the amount you need, freshly cut and carefully wrapped.
Platters for every table
For gatherings large and small we prepare platters with the cheeses you choose — or leave the choice to us — served with bread, nuts, and fresh and dried fruit.
