Authentic Italian Curve, made from durum wheat cultivated directly by the producer (Azienda Agricola Mancini ) using only semolina and water. Curve is a distinctive pasta shape obtained from the curved section of pasta that rests on the drying rack during the traditional spaghetti drying process. Shaped using circular bronze dies and slowly dried for 36 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 46°C. Diameter: 2.2 mm Length: 35 mm Cooking Time Needed: 9–11 minutes Protein: 13.4 G / 100 G
